I know how much goes into getting a home ready.
And what it takes to make it work.
I’m a Manager with hands-on experience of developing, preparing and operating children’s homes in England.
I’ve led and contributed to the development and setup of several children’s homes, and have worked across seven children’s homes overall, as well as in supported accommodation services and secure mental health settings.
That experience goes beyond property, paperwork and registration. I understand what happens on the ground: the children we care for, staff dynamics, leadership, safeguarding, routines, risk, culture and the everyday decisions that determine whether a home actually works.
My support brings those pieces together, from premises, setup, planning and documentation to systems, operations and management, while keeping the purpose of the work clear: creating homes where children can genuinely thrive.
I’ll help you ask the right questions, make sound decisions and keep the project moving.
